METHADOLOGY
Oil Purification & Regeneration
The company has various mobile units which is used inhouse and on site the oil purification and regeneration process. Purified transformer oil passes trough a stringent quality control process. Our operators are fully trained in the purification process. Regenerated and purified oil is lab tested and reports are submitted to ensure it meets required legislation.
Maintaining Transformers & Switchgear
Among our vast services we offer, Elwin also offers our customers the option of installing, maintaining and servicing of all transformers and switchgear. Our technicians are fully trained and experienced in the field of service maintaining and rigging of all transformers and switchgear.
Transformer Rewinding
Our factory consists of a fully operational rewinding service center for all transformers both medium voltage 1KV to 33KV and high voltage 6,6KV to 132KV. All windings are quality checked and passed only if our stringent quality requirements are met
On Site Services
Our onsite services consist of technicians, equipment and testing solutions ranging from medium (distribution transformers and mini-sub stations) to high voltage equipment (power transformers ranging from 3MVA to 250MVA).
